Museums for All Tickets

Through Museums for All, adults receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can receive deeply discounted or free admission to Oakland Zoo by presenting their SNAP EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer) card.

Please note, at this time Oakland Zoo Museums for All tickets are not available to guests receiving Medicaid or Medicare, WIC benefits, SUNbucks, or children who received P-EBT cards. We understand this may be different from other local organizations that participate in Museums for All or have their own unique access programs for low income individuals.
At entry, the qualifying adult will need to present their EBT / SNAP card and a matching ID – whether you have made an online reservation or are reserving tickets at the Zoo. If purchasing tickets online, please make sure that the reservation name matches the name on your ID and EBT / SNAP card.
For the smoothest entry experience and to choose your visit date & time, we recommend reserving Museums for All tickets online.
There is a $2.00 transaction fee for all online reservations.

If admission tickets are not sold out for the day, Museums for All tickets are available at entry without the $2 transaction fee. Same day ticket availability varies widely and by day of the week/time, so please always call ahead, (510)-632-9525 x100, to confirm if tickets will be available at entry.

There is no need to reserve a parking pass. As a Museums for All ticket holder, parking is included in your visit.
Guests who qualify for Museums for All tickets can reserve up to two adult tickets (age 15-64), four child tickets (age 2-14), and two senior tickets (age 65-75).
Children under age 2 and seniors age 76 or older automatically qualify for free admission. Please select Regular General Admission tickets for those individuals. These ticket types are listed below for your convenience.
If your party includes more guests than are covered by Museums for All, full price tickets are listed below for your convenience.
